Why a new roof needs a check up
A roof's first Arizona summer is a real test. Heat all day, cooler nights, and monsoon wind. Small things can show up: a lifted shingle, a pipe boot that needs attention, debris sitting in a valley. Small problems are easy to fix when they are small.
What we look at
- Shingles or tile, edge to ridge
- Flashing around walls, chimneys and skylights
- Pipe boots and vents
- Valleys, and anything blocking water from running off
- Anything the first summer shook loose
We get on the roof, go over everything, and fix anything small the first summer shook loose. Then we show you what we found.
What it costs you
Nothing. The check up comes with every full roof replacement, and small repairs are free. You do not pay for it.
